Unfortunately, I have no control over the package once it has been shipped out with the shipping company. All issues regarding shipping should be addressed to the shipping company. Each painting is shipped with insurance so you may be eligible for a full refund.

Yes! Updates are sent out weekly via email.

Once notified that painting is completed, you have up to a week to proceed with shipping. After 7 days there is a fee of $25 everyday the painting is held. After 14 days your painting will be recycled. NO REFUNDS.
